Le but de ce nouveau système est d'inciter les arbitres à participer dans un premier temps à votre
développement par le biais de formation, de super cliniques, de participation à des tournois, etc..
Dans un deuxième temps, d'offrir un arbitrage de qualité à la hauteur de notre association et ce,
de façon sécuritaire.

Le système de pointage est basé sur les principes suivants :
1. Faire un nombre minimum de parties selon votre niveau de classement
2. Faire acte de présence aux réunions AARQ
3. Assister à un minimum de super cliniques
4. Participer aux tournoi à 7
5. Évaluer et faire des rapports d'évaluation d'autres arbitres
6. Porter l'habillement officiel reconnu par l'AARQ
7. Assister à l'Assemblée Annuelle de l'AARQ

Selon le tableau ci-bas (en téléchargement), vous devrez compléter le nombre de séances
indiquées pour chaque niveau afin de garder votre status.

by means of training, of "Sper cliniques", of participation in tournaments, etc... Secondly, to offer a quality
refereeing as high as our association and it, in a security way.

The point system is based on the following principles:
1. Make a minimum number of matches according to your level of classification
2. Make act of presence for the meetings AARQ
3. Attend a minimum of "Super cliniques"
4. Participate in 7's tournament
5. Estimate and make reports of evaluation of the other referees
6. Wear the official clothing recognized by the QSRR
7. Attend the Annual Assembly of the QSRR

According to the board this low (in download), you will have to complete the number of sessions indicated
for every level to keep your status.
